Our Veterinary Doctors

Dr. Todd Ray

Dr. Todd Ray

Dr. Todd Ray is a 1994 graduate of Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine. He and his lovely wife, Denise, have 4 young adult children (Justin, Kaleb, Gavin, and Taylor) and 3 house dogs – Patron, Princess, and Remi, along with many Quarter Horses.

Dr. Ray, managing DVM, loves his profession and takes great pride in putting forth every effort to improve the lives of pets and their owners.

“I think we have a great team that has a lot of compassion and years of knowledge, and that makes me very proud of them,” says Dr. Ray. “We call them the Dream Team!”

Dr. Felicia Poole

Dr. Nikki Poole

Hometown: Fordsville, KY
Pets: Too numerous to list. (LOL)

Dr. Poole is a 2012 graduate originating from Ohio County, Ky. She joins us with a lot of mixed animal experience and a lot of compassion to help pets live a better life. She has numerous species of animals, from cattle to snakes, on her farm. She looks forward to meeting you and to helping you help your pet live a longer, healthier life.

Dr. Nikki loves tending to animals on the farm, running, and scuba diving.

Stephanie-Geary

Stephanie Geary

Stephanie is the Lead Licensed Veterinary Technician and a graduate of OCTC, with over six years of experience in the veterinary field. In her role, she provides leadership within the technical team, supports patient care, assists in medical procedures, and helps ensure efficient, high-quality operations throughout the clinic.

Known for her compassion, reliability, and attention to detail, Stephanie plays an important role in supporting both patients and staff. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends and has four dogs.

Kaylee Nelson

Kaylee is one of the vet assistants here at LVC. Some information about her is that she is 22 years old, she hails from Elizabethtown, Kentucky, and she has been working here since the beginning of December. She already has an Associate’s degree in Science, but she is currently in her junior year of an online Bachelor’s in Animal Science. She has also applied to a few online veterinary technician schools/programs to hopefully get her license in the future. She can’t wait to give every pet the best care possible and support their owners every step of the way!

Emma Johnson

Emma Johnson

Emma Johnson has been a member of the Leitchfield Veterinary Clinic team for a little over one year. She has a strong passion for animal care and is currently enrolled at Elizabethtown Community & Technical College. Emma is actively building her foundation in veterinary medicine through her work at the clinic and her college studies. She is motivated, compassionate, and committed to providing quality care while preparing for a future career as a veterinarian.
Sayler Parks

Sayler Parks

Sayler Parks has been a dedicated member of the Leitchfield Veterinary Clinic team for the past two and a half years. She is a graduate of Owensboro Community and Technical College, earning her Associate Degree in Applied Science in Veterinary Technology in May 2025.

Sayler is passionate about animal care and takes pride in supporting both patients and clients with compassion and professionalism. Her growing knowledge and hands-on experience make her a valuable part of the veterinary team.

Outside of work, Sayler enjoys playing corn hole, playing bingo, and spending time with family and friends.

Dreama-Mudd

Hope Lacefield

Hope Lacefield works at Leitchfield Veterinary Clinic as a Veterinary Assistant. In addition to her daytime job, Hope is also an artist who loves helping those in need, especially our little furry friends. She’s thrilled to be working in an environment that works toward that goal, and she can’t wait to meet your pets!
Gail Fraim

Gail Fraim

Gail has been here for 23 years—eight of them as a receptionist, 13 as a surgical assistant, which she absolutely loves to do. For her last couple of years at the clinic, she has been working as a practice manager. She loves spending time with her family on the farm and always has fun messing with animals. Her number one hope is that she can spend many more years doing it.

Dreama Mudd has been a valued member of the Leitchfield Veterinary Clinic team since 2012 and currently serves as the Practice Manager. With over a decade of experience in veterinary practice management, Dreama is instrumental in overseeing daily operations and supporting both the medical team and clients.

She is dedicated to creating a positive, efficient, and compassionate environment that allows the clinic to deliver the highest standard of patient care. Known for her strong leadership, organization, and commitment to excellence, Dreama plays a key role in maintaining the quality and integrity of Leitchfield Veterinary Clinic.

When she’s not at work, Dreama enjoys spending time with her family and playing bingo, bringing the same enthusiasm and dedication to her personal life as she does to the clinic.

Kellie Geary

Kellie Geary

Kellie Geary has been a valued member of the Leitchfield Veterinary Clinic team for five years and is the current Head Receptionist. She plays an essential role in keeping the front desk running smoothly, providing friendly and efficient service to clients while supporting the veterinary team.

Kellie is known for her professionalism, organization, and welcoming presence, helping ensure a positive experience for every client and patient.

Outside of work, Kellie enjoys spending time with her friends and family.

Dreama-Mudd

Darth

Darth is our clinic’s resident feline supervisor and blood donor, playing an important role in helping patients in need. With his calm personality and watchful presence, he spends his days greeting clients, monitoring staff, and soaking up attention. Darth is proof that even the smallest team members make a big difference.
Callie

Callie

Callie is the clinic’s sassy front desk supervisor and resident feline personality. Known for keeping a close eye on daily operations, she greets clients on her own terms and isn’t shy about making her presence known. Whether she’s lounging at the front desk, inspecting paperwork, or accepting well-deserved attention, Callie takes her role very seriously.

When she’s not overseeing the schedule, she can be found napping in her favorite spots or reminding the team who really runs the clinic. Her charm, attitude, and unmistakable sass make her a beloved part of the clinic family.
